UDS is fully committed to being there to support everyone we can who are on the front lines in this battle against the coronavirus (COVID-19). Everyone has had to adapt quickly to navigate the challenges that we face together and we hope that you can share our optimism in our ability to overcome and recover. In addition to keeping our doors open and extending financial relief on the equipment that's available, we are also practicing safe procedures:
Workplace Sanitation - We are taking extra efforts to be certain all staff are continually sanitizing their workstations and areas where our employees perform their daily routines.
Equipment Sterilization - As always, our products are handled with the utmost care and concern for cleanliness. You can rest assured that if you acquire a product from us it has been stored in a clean environment and sterilized before shipment.
Screening - Thus far we have been fortunate, but any team member who may encounter or exhibit any symptoms will remain home until cleared by a licensed physician.
Distancing - All employees are practicing safe social distance and our public showroom is currently closed until further notice. All sales demonstrations are conducted online via webinar to avoid any chance of contagion. We have also been offering training seminars for users looking to take advantage of the downtime by improving their ultrasound expertise via online video sessions.
We have been witnessing the strength in our communities and their ability to come together (even if that's at least 6' apart) and will continue to be here to help you with any of your equipment needs.
Our medical equipment warehouse facility in Vista, California is registered with the FDA and in compliance with standards set by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
