We had the pleasure of obtaining a Doppler ultrasound from UDS for research purposes. The service was tremendous. The device was operational from the moment it arrived. UDS provided one of their representatives to spend a day going through all the features. When we encountered a problem, UDS corrected it the next day. A year later when we added additional diagnostic software for analysis, UDS was more than happy to make sure that everything was DICOM ready. UDS not only sold an instrument, but they have also stood behind it with unwavering customer support.
