Sonosite iLOOK
A cable-free wireless transducer paired with a 15.6″ touchscreen — purpose-built for peripheral IV, PICC, midline, central, and arterial line placement at the bedside.

Built for the sterile field
The iLOOK separates the probe from the display entirely. The wireless L15-5 transducer connects to the touchscreen over Wi-Fi, so there are no cables running across the bedside during a procedure.
- No probe cable at the sterile field
- Freedom to position around the patient
- Docks one way for reliable charging
- Color-coded status indicators
- VESA-mount display, stand or wall
- Uncluttered, purpose-built interface
Vascular access applications
Ultrasound guidance to help select the vessel, assess patency, guide the needle, and confirm placement.
CVR measurement, on board
Measure the vessel with the on-screen calipers and the system calculates catheter-to-vessel ratio (CVR) for common French and Gauge catheter sizes — a fast check for appropriate vessel selection before you place the line.
- Distance measurement
- CVR in French sizes
- CVR in Gauge sizes
- Centerline needle-reference graphic
Imaging & workflow
Imaging modes
2D (256 gray shades), Color Velocity Doppler, Color Power Doppler, and duplex B+C, with multi-beam spatial compounding.
Exam types

Touch controls
Depth, gain, freeze, pinch-to-zoom on live and frozen images, steerable color box, and a cine buffer.
Clinical imaging
Representative captures from the L15-5 across vascular access exams.
Connectivity & IT
DICOM & worklist
DICOM v3 with modality worklist. Export studies to USB as DICOM or as an MP4-based multimedia folder.
Wireless
Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands for a lag-free bedside connection.
